Mo2 Properties- 709 N MILWAUKEE STOREFRONT

Founded in 2009 as a sister company to Mo2 Properties, property brothers Kenneth & Michael Motew used their combined 40+ years of experience in the Chicago-land real estate and construction industries to build a construction company that was asset-focused, pushing to maximize value while maintaining a high standard of work.

 

All TOGETHER NOW - 2119 West Chicago ave

All Together Now is a funky bottle shop, eatery and market in Chicago’s Ukrainian Village. The build-out was completed at the end of 2018 in tandem with the designer Nathan Warkentin. The herbaceous menu offers underground meat’s smoked and cured, which are produced from upper Midwest farms. Natural wine, easy beer, small-producer cheese, artisan charcuterie and multi-roaster coffee is also available.

MARCHESA - 535 WELLS

Marchesa was founded by two long-time restaurateurs of the Chicago-land area, with a focus on treating customers as family. The build-out of the restaurant was completed in 2017, just in time for their Christmas opening!
