Northwood Services was started by two Chicago real estate professionals, hoping to provide a better return on their residential & mixed-use investments by overseeing the entire construction process. We provide complete project oversight for all sizes of construction projects, and treat your asset as if its our own.

Design + Consultation 

With a strong background in real estate investment, Northwood Services can assist on determining a product that will provide the most bang for your buck. We work with each client to create a finished product based on your price range & preferred aesthetic, or can also work in tandem with your interior designer, recommending options that stay within budget.

Accounting & Project Oversight

Northwood Services handles all accounting of a project, including developing sworn contractor statements & invoices, handling draws, and collecting the necessary waivers for payment of all sub-contractors. Northwood uses a live project management website, and provides each client with an individual login & site for a project to allow for real-time access to project schedules, payments, daily job logs, and more. 

If financing is needed, Northwood Services has a rolodex of lenders depending on the project needs, and can recommend a slew of professionals capable of providing the proper financing for any project.
